What this site collects
The contact form collects your name, company (optional), email address, area of interest, and the message you write. The AI Readiness Self-Assessment collects your email address and assessment responses. Nothing else is collected to identify you. This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited — no personally identifiable information is collected through that process.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Assessment submissions are used to send your results and, occasionally, to follow up if there's a relevant engagement opportunity — you can opt out of any follow-up at any time by replying to any email. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and assessment responses are retained as long as needed to support an active conversation or potential engagement. If you'd like your data deleted, email chad@chadsellers.ai and it will be removed promptly.
Third-party services
This site uses Formspree to handle contact form delivery. Formspree's own privacy policy governs data processed through their service. No other third-party services have access to the data you submit through this site.
